By precisely calibrating the parameters of the pattern's inclination angle and depth, a bidirectional dynamic sealing barrier is established, enabling it to efficiently address the risk of oil leakage during both forward and reverse rotation of the shaft system.

The unique composite lip structure features a double-layered primary and secondary design. The primary lip is made of highly elastic rubber material, and with the support of a pre-tightened spring, it can maintain a stable contact pressure even when operating at an ultra-high speed of 20,000 revolutions per minute, achieving zero-leakage sealing of the gear oil. The secondary lip is made of PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) composite material, and its serrated labyrinth design creates a multi-stage dust-proof line of defense, effectively blocking particulate pollutants with a particle size of ≥ 5μm and achieving a dust-proof efficiency of 99.8%.

Verified by a third-party laboratory, this oil seal exhibits no signs of aging or leakage after continuously operating for 2,000 hours under the working conditions of a high temperature of 180°C and a continuous rotation speed of 18,000 rpm. Compared with traditional products, its sealing lifespan is increased by 50%. Currently, it is widely applied to core components such as the wet dual-clutch transmissions of passenger vehicles and the heavy-duty transmissions of commercial vehicles. It has successfully resolved the issues of oil seal leakage and impurity intrusion during high-speed operation for numerous automotive manufacturers, effectively enhancing the reliability and durability of the transmission system.
