Engine Oil Seal

Motor oil seal is a sealing component installed between the motor shaft and the end cover. Its main functions include:

  1. Prevent Oil Leakage/Dust Ingress
    • Block the leakage of lubricating oil (such as bearing grease) inside the motor to avoid lubrication failure and bearing wear.
    • Prevent external dust, moisture, metal debris, and other impurities from entering the motor interior, which could damage the windings or bearings.
  2. Maintain Motor Operational Stability
    • Poor sealing may cause the motor to absorb moisture, corrode bearings, or even trigger short-circuit faults, affecting the motor's service life and safety.
