PQK rubber valve seals of the thermostat for OEM,adopts an innovative single-end planar sealing structure. Through a precise grinding process, a micron-level surface flatness is achieved. Coupled with the design of a highly elastic sealing lip, it ensures a tight fit between the sealing surface and the valve seat. The valve and the high-strength spring are coaxially assembled through the coil locking technology to form a stable pressure feedback system. When the medium pressure reaches the set threshold (customizable between 0.3-1.5MPa), the spring compresses to drive the valve to open precisely. After the pressure drops, the self-recovery property of the rubber material works in coordination with the spring's resilience to achieve zero-leakage sealing.
The product uses special rubber materials, which are filled and modified at the nanoscale, and has excellent temperature resistance (-40°C to 180°C) and chemical corrosion resistance. It is widely applied to automatic control systems such as automotive engine thermostats and air conditioning temperature control valves. Having passed the TS16949 quality system certification, it maintains stable performance during one million opening and closing cycle tests, effectively improving the response accuracy and reliability of the temperature control system and providing a reliable guarantee for the efficient operation of the equipment.
